Communications

  • Culling press and items of interest for the company, both for internal development and social media
  • Maintaining press kits (current mainstage show as well as seasonal podcasts)

Community Engagement

  • Preparing and executing performance and lesson plans for in-school visits
  • Represent the company at various community events to build new audiences

Development

  • Updating and maintaining the historical patron and donation databases.
  • Spearhead individual and corporate fundraising options.
  • Grant and endowment basic thought here.

Podcast

  • Develop topics and external resources for upcoming podcast seasons
  • Review current format for future viability

Production


  • Coordinate volunteers.
  • Maintaining Actor and Designer Files and Databases
  • Represent the Company at Large area auditions (Actors' Center, Non-Equitys, etc)

Social and Digital Media

  • Execute pre-planned content pushes on all social media platforms (Facebook, IG, Twitter).
  • Collect and disseminate other, non-show specific content from Media Relations, company members, company leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Generate and schedule email blasts through Mailchimp in execution of the show's marketing plan. Content provided.
